Mobile Tower 1949

The rebuilding process in Germany after World War II required creative people and creative skills. Hans Liebherr was quick to recognize the need for tools and machinery in the construction industry and in the country's building sector. in 1949, he developed the mobile tower crane, a crane that could simply be installed on-site, allowing for fast and cost-effective construction. the company was the first to develop the TK10 in Germany, and it was the first crane in the world to be used in the construction industry. He facilitated and simplified the reconstruction of Germany and laid the cornerstone for the organization. tK10 represents the beginning of a sustainable success story.
