Enhancing the durability of the front joint

The P-Tier update builds upon the proven G-series design. Compared to the G-series, it elevates the durability of the front connector to a new level.

  • It has been demonstrated that when excavating in sandy conditions, the new top cap bushing and dual-sided mud and dirt (2MAD) seals can double the joint's service life, whereas sandy conditions typically cause a significant reduction in the lifespan of pins and bushings.
  • The lubrication point is located at the tip of the arm, facilitating lubrication and extending operational uptime.
  • The improved torque retention at the clamp reduces the likelihood of movement in the front hydraulic line.
