Types and Configuration of Standard Exhibition Stands

(1) Design and configuration of 9m² single/double-sided standard exhibition booths (as illustrated)

A standard 9m² exhibition stand (3m x 3m) includes the following facilities:

Overall booth height: Total height 3.5m, panel height 2.5m;

Carpet: Smoke grey exhibition carpet;

Header board: 2.0m wide × 0.3m high Company name and stand number;

Perimeter display panels: Comprising an aluminium frame and three white panels; corner booths feature two panels.

Furniture: One enquiry desk (dimensions: length: 100cm, width: 50cm, height: 75cm), two white folding chairs, one wastepaper basket;

Electrical fittings: One 500W single-phase socket (for small appliances only; must not be used for lighting fixtures or machinery), two 28W long-arm spotlights.

 

(2)18m² Single/Double-Sided Standard Exhibition Stand Design and Configuration (as illustrated)

18m² standard exhibition booth (3m x 6m) includes the following facilities:

Overall booth height: Total height 3.5m, panel height 2.5m;

Carpet: Smoke grey exhibition carpet;

Header board: Two panels measuring 2.0m (width) × 0.3m (height) displaying company name and stand number;

Perimeter display panels: Comprising an aluminium frame and three white panels; corner booths feature two panels.

Furniture: One enquiry desk (dimensions: length: 100cm, width: 50cm, height: 75cm), two white folding chairs, one wastepaper basket;

Electrical fittings: Two 500W single-phase sockets (for small appliances only; must not be used for lighting fixtures or machinery), four 28-watt long-arm spotlights.

  • The above renderings are for illustrative purposes only; the actual construction will be subject to specific circumstances.
  • No alterations or additions may be made to the standard stand structure without prior approval from the organisers, including painting or wallpapering of wall panels, nailing, or drilling.Any contravention shall be subject to compensation at the full cost. Should alterations or modifications be genuinely necessary, written consent from the organising body must be obtained, with all associated expenses borne solely by the exhibitor.
  • Exhibitors at standard booths must not privately connect lighting equipment. Should any circuit breaker trips, short circuits, electrical fires, or damage to electrical boxes occur due to unauthorised operations, the exhibitor shall bear full responsibility and compensate for all resulting losses.
  • Sockets must not be used for lighting or connecting lamps; they are intended solely for low-power devices and must not exceed the socket's maximum power rating. Should high-power equipment require electricity, please apply for an additional power supply.
  • Please indicate the locations of any additional facilities, electrical boxes, network cables, and compressed air supply points on Table 3: Stand Layout Diagram.
  • Multiple socket outlets must not be used to prevent short circuits caused by overloading.
  • Exhibitors who have applied for a standard exhibition stand shall not convert it to an raw space without the written consent of the organisers.
  • The organisers reserve the right to make minor changes to the configuration.
  • Should you require exhibits to be positioned prior to stand construction, please declare this in advance. Standard stands will be erected sequentially according to on-site conditions, typically completed the day before the exhibition opens. Display fixtures will be delivered and positioned the afternoon before the opening day. No fee reduction will be granted for unused portions of the standard stand configuration.
  • Exhibitors occupying standard booths who privately utilise non-environmentally friendly materials (such as foam board), bring their own wooden furniture, or undertake unauthorised on-site construction may be required by the organisers and the designated stand contractor to rectify such matters. On-site management measures may include collecting a deposit of ¥1,000 per booth. Upon dismantling, the deposit shall be refunded after the exhibitor completes recycling responsibilities.
